My personal goal for 2012 is to get healthier and lose some weight. I am not trying to lose 100 lbs or anything, I just want to tone up and feel great. For me being healthy is all about feeling good. If you feel good you have more confidence, you have more energy, and you have a more optimistic outlook on life. At least, this is how I feel.
I have decided that one way for me to be accountable to change is to share my journey of healthy lifestyle changes and my fitness progress with you.
