As the
mother of a three month old, sleep is something I value very highly. Being
given the gift of sleep is something I treasure and am extremely thankful for.
Since I have a 4 year-old, 2 year-old, and 3 month-old all under one roof,
sleeping through the night is unheard of in my house. My new baby girl is still
feeding frequently throughout the night so I use Pampers Swaddlers so that she
stays dry throughout the night and I can enjoy all the sleep I can get.
When
Pampers asked me to put together a “Gift of Sleep” package for someone in my
community I knew exactly what I wanted to include in my gift and I knew exactly
where it would go. I have been a loyal
Pampers mom since the birth of my son 4 years ago and it is the only brand of
disposable diapers that I recommend to my friends and family because of its
superior dryness. If I don’t have to wake up in the middle of the night to
change a leaky diaper that means that I am sleeping more and so is baby.
Gifting someone Pampers is gifting them sleep.
Pampers recently interviewed over 9,000 moms about what was important for their baby and found the number one need is a diaper that provides superior overnight dryness. Pampers has created a diaper that offers 12 hours of overnight protection, the Pampers Swaddlers and Pampers Cruisers. The Pampers Swaddlers are a personal favorite of mine thanks to the wetness indicator and are now available up to size 5. They are also the #1 choice of hospitals. We use the Pampers Cruisers for my 2 year-old, as he is very active and they are the best fit for all the ways he plays. They are now even more absorbent as well!
With
Pampers I was able to “Give the Gift of Sleep” to the Hesed House, a local
homeless shelter. My gift of sleep package included Size 3, 4, and 5 Pampers
Swaddlers, Pampers wipes, two adult blankets, two HALO Sleepsack Swaddles, baby
shampoo, baby lotion, baby oil, baby powder, and diaper rash ointment. Keeping
everyone clean, safe, and warm should help them get a good night’s sleep. I
chose to donate my gift of sleep to the Hesed House because almost one thousand
individuals (including 188 children)
are served each year through Hesed House’s shelter
and three housing programs.
How would you give
the gift of sleep?
