Recently
my nice turned three and to celebrate she had a Minnie Mouse themed birthday
party. My sister-in-law put on her crafty hat and got to work making
decorations and favors and I must say that she did an outstanding job. She had
fun games and treats for the children to play and my boys thoroughly enjoyed
themselves.
There
were Hidden Mickey’s throughout the house that had the guest’s pictures on them
{the children – not the adults}. Once the children found their hidden Mickey
they got a prize. It was too cute!
They
played “Pin the bow on Minnie” and this too was a fun game that went over well.
She had
a “Guess how many candies are in the container” activity for anyone interested
and it was adorned with a little Minnie and Mickey figurine.
The
food was almost too pretty to eat, almost. The plates were Mickey-fied as were
the Oreos and everything was set up and surrounded by decorations that looked
fabulous.
The
cake was a giant 3 for the birthday girl and it was decorated with little
candies and screamed “Eat Me!” and my two boys did just that! Anything that is
decorated with candy tends to go over quite well with them.
The Minnie Mouse birthday party was adorable and my sister-in-law did a great job
putting it together, so much so that I knew as soon as I walked in that I would
want to share all her hard work with you.
