I really enjoy doing arts and crafts with my children and I love DIY projects. I think a large part of this craftiness comes from the way that I was raised. Both of my parents are crafty. My mother is great with a sewing machine and my father can do just about anything with a set of tools {or at least he tries}. We were a DIY family that enjoyed fixing up houses and making them homes- some of us enjoyed this more than others.
Needless to say, I enjoy working on projects with my family and hope to instill a love of craftiness in my children. Here are some of our projects. I hope you enjoy!
